Exchange or Return: How does it work?

Since we’re a small brand, we can’t offer free exchanges or returns, so please make sure to check the size guide before ordering.

Of course, if there’s anything wrong with your order, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

If you’d like to make a return, you have up to 30 calendar days after delivery to do so.

  1. Click this link: Contact
  2. Select the subject ‘Product Exchange’ or ‘Return,’ include your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Pack up the order (we recommend using the original box).
  4. Send your product to the following address and cover the shipping costs yourself:

Exchange

  • Once we receive the product, we’ll let you know by email and send out the new size, as long as it’s in stock.
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost back to your address (this applies to one exchange only and within mainland Spain).

Return

  • Once we receive the product, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund.
  • Only the purchased product will be refunded—shipping costs or any additional services won’t be reimbursed.
  • The refund will be issued within 10 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse, using the same payment method you used for the order.
