Shipping
- Shipping is free within mainland Spain on orders over €75.
- We ship to most places around the world. Outside mainland Spain, customers cover shipping costs. Shipping fees are added on top of the product price and may vary depending on delivery location and/or product type.
- Flat-rate shipping costs are shown at checkout. However, depending on the destination country, there may be extra charges—please check with your local postal service for details.
- Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. We don’t ship on Spanish national holidays.
- All orders ship from Spain via a logistics company. /stōhkt/ can’t be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather or service interruptions.
- Note: Some countries or cities are outside the EU customs zone, which means shipments may be subject to taxes and/or duties. /stōhkt/ is not responsible for these charges—you’ll need to cover them.
- It’s the customer’s responsibility to track their package. If the courier can’t reach you and the order is returned to our warehouse, you’ll be refunded for the product minus the shipping cost.
