Exchange or return: how does it work?

Since we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges, so be sure to check the size guide carefully.

Now, if there is something wrong with the order, of course we will cover the shipping costs.

If you would like to make a return, you can do so within a period of up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the order.

Select the subject “Product exchange” or “Return” , indicate the order number, the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

Package your order (we recommend using the original shipping box).

You must send your product to the following address and pay the shipping costs:

Change

-Once we receive the product, we will notify you by email and send the size change as long as there is stock available.

-We will cover the shipping cost of returning to your address (applies only to an exchange and within mainland Spain).

Return

Once we receive the product, we will notify you by email and issue the refund.

• You will only be refunded for the purchased product, costs incurred for shipping or other additional services will not be refunded.
• This will be carried out within 10 business days from receipt in our warehouses, through the payment method used to place the order.
