Shipping costs will be free within mainland Spain for orders of €75 or more.

We deliver to most places in the world. Outside of mainland Spain, the customer must pay the shipping costs. Shipping prices are additional to the price of the Product and may vary depending on the delivery location and/or the type of Products. The flat rate shipping costs are shown on our payment page; however, depending on the country of delivery there may be additional charges, which you should check with your local postal company.

1. Order preparation time will be between 1-3 business days. We do not ship on Spanish national holidays.
2. Shipments are made through a logistics company from Spain. /stōhkt/ cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service interruptions, etc.

Please note that there are countries and cities that are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments are subject to taxes and/or duties. /stōhkt/ is not responsible for or liable for these fees, so you must pay the amount.

It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their package. If in any case the courier cannot locate you and the order is returned to our warehouses, you will be refunded the product minus the shipping cost.
