Order

How can I check if my order has been received?

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. If you have not received this email, please check your SPAM mailbox or contact our customer service team.

What types of emails will I receive regarding my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive the following emails:

Order Confirmation: This is to confirm that we have received your request. You should receive this confirmation within five minutes of placing your order. All orders are subject to availability. In the event that an item is not available after you have placed your order, we will contact you to offer a refund for the incomplete/cancelled order.

Delivery Information: This is sent once the order leaves our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number, which will allow you to know the status of your order as it travels from our warehouse to your destination. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Order Returns and Refunds: Once we have received your returned order at our warehouse, we will carry out the necessary inspections. You will receive an email to confirm whether the return meets all the requirements, at which time we will issue a refund for the items. We will contact you if the return does not comply with our return policy.

Why has my order been cancelled?

The order may have been cancelled due to issues with your credit card. Please contact your bank for further information. You can also contact our customer service.

Shipping

We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Please note that there are countries and cities that are not part of the EU customs territory, so shipments are subject to taxes/tariffs. /stōhkt/ is not responsible for or liable for such fees, so you will have to pay the amount.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

We do our best to process orders within one business day. Deliveries will be made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING TO SPAIN: Between 2-4 working days
EUROPE SHIPMENTS: 5-10 working days

During sales periods, orders may take longer to process.

Can orders be shipped to a different billing address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to an address other than the billing address. After entering the shipping address on the confirmation page, you will have the option to enter a different billing address.

What happens if I wasn't home when my order arrived?

The delivery person will contact you or leave a note with instructions on where you can pick it up.
It is the customer's responsibility to track and locate their package. If the package is returned to our facilities because it was not possible to deliver, you will be refunded for the product, less shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return policy?

Since we are a small business, we cannot offer free returns or exchanges, so be sure to check the size guide carefully.

Now, if there is something wrong with the order, of course we will cover the shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with the products you receive, you can return or exchange them within 30 calendar days of delivery. As long as you do so in the same condition in which you received them.

To qualify for a full refund, items must be in their original condition, with the tag attached and showing no signs of wear.

The Company reserves the right to refuse returns if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is attempting to return items that do not comply with this return policy.

May I make a substitution?

If you would like to make a change, you can do so within a period of up to 30 calendar days after delivery of the order.

Package your order (we recommend using the original shipping box).

  • Once we receive the product, we will notify you by email and send the size change as long as there is stock available.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost to your address (applies only to an exchange and within mainland Spain).
Will I be refunded for shipping if I return my order?

You will only be refunded for the amount of the purchased product, costs incurred for shipping or other additional services will not be refunded .

When will I receive the refund?

The refund will be processed as soon as the returned products have been reviewed by our team. Once the return has been approved, the amount will be refunded in the same payment method used by the buyer.
Please note that the time it may take for the payment service provider to make the amount available to you may vary depending on the provider. But it will usually take no more than ten business days.

How do I get a refund if I don't have the card I used to place the order?

A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If a customer no longer has access to that payment method, they must contact the bank or agency of the original payment method to claim the funds once the refund has been sent.

Product information

Does the product image always match the delivered product?

Yes, although there may be slight differences, colors may vary depending on the device you use to view the online store.

How do I know what size to choose?

How to maintain my product for longer life?

T-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton. For your first wash, it is recommended to wash with similar colors. Wash in cold water or a maximum temperature of 30° using a delicate cycle. Wash inside out. Use normal detergent. Preferably hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat . For dark garments, it is recommended to hang indoors to avoid fading caused by the sun. Iron at medium temperature without ironing on the print.
